This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed praying to set aside the order dated 05.02.2014 made in M.P.No.3371 of 2013 on the file of the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and allow the same.

2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent police, are all present.

3. Both the parties are filed a Joint Memo dated 02.12.2020 for withdrawing this Criminal Revision Petition stating that the dispute between the petitioner and the de facto complainant has been settled, out of Court. The memo filed by either parties is recorded. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner through video https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
