The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though there is a specific complaint of abusing minor girl children, the respondent police 1/3

has not registered the case under appropriate provision of law and therefore sought for re-investigation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the averments made in the complaint regarding abuse of the children will be taken up for investigation and if necessary, alteration of sections will be filed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent police to complete the said investigation within a period of three weeks and proceed in accordance with law.
