This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction to the second respondent to give police protection to run the petitioner's church peacefully.

2. On 13.12.2017, when the matter was came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to implead Mr.Manoharan and seven others as party respondents and the matter was directed to list on 08.01.2018 on his request and on 08.01.2018, further time was granted, till today. In spite of several opportunities given, the implead petition has not been filed.

3. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the present petition seeking for police protection, if considered, may cause prejudice to the said persons, who were directed to be impleaded. Since the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to implead the obstructors, I am of the view that the prayer sought for in the present petition cannot be granted.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
