(CRIME NO.96 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in para 6(b) (ie. the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation) imposed in Cr.O.P.No.12273 of 2021 dated 15.07.2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JAYAPRATHAP, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Paragraph No.6 clause (b) "the petitioners shall report before the repondent police daily at 10:30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation" imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12273 of 2021 dated 15.07.2021.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate( Crl side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners have not complying with the condition even for a single day imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) that the petitioners have not complying with the condition imposed by this Court , this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
