It is seen from the complaint that vague allegations are made and no specific date was mentioned on which the petitioner's brother gave the threat and reading of the complaint also disclose that there is a mis-understanding between the petitioner and his brother. Hence, no criminal offence is made out and this criminal original petition is dismissed.
