Till date, the applicant (insolvent) has been unable to obtain any stay from the Division Bench of this Court.

2. On the last hearing date i.e., on 14.07.2025, the learned counsel for the applicant / Insolvent has submitted that if no order for stay is obtained on or before the next hearing date, an undertaking was given to this Court that this Court shall proceed to hear these applications viz., Appln. Nos.7 and 86 of 2025. Once again the same submission was made by the learned counsel for the applicant (insolvent) by seeking another adjournment to enable the applicant to get favourable orders from the Division Bench of this Court.
