ORDER
It is seen from the complaint that the petitioner entered into agreement of sale with five sharers and all of them also executed General Power in favour of the petitioner and thereafter, two of the sharers who entered into agreement of sale canceled the power given to the petitioner and therefore, the complaint is given praying for registration of case. According to me, the remedy open to the petitioner is to file a suit for specific performance and no criminal offence is made out. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
