ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to give necessary direction to the respondent to register a case, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 20.02.2015, bearing CSR No.180 of 2015.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is averred in the petition that in spite the Court order, the petitioner has been thrown out of the property and she has been threatened and beat by her brother and she lodged a complaint on 20.02.2015 with the respondent. But no action was initiated and therefore, the present petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate submits that the complaint was treated as petition and after due enquiry, the petition was closed as false complaint.

5. Since the petition has been closed, after due enquiry, it is up to the petitioner to proceed in the manner known to law.

6. In view of the action taken by the respondent police, this Court does not see any merit to interfere under the inherent powers and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
