The petitioner filed this civil revision petition to fix an outer time limit for disposal of I.A.No.1352 of 2015 in O.P.No.2815 of 2015..

2. The learned counsel for the respondent on instruction submitted that the matter came up before the Trial Court yesterday, i.e. on 16 November 2016 and it is posted to 28 November 2016. According to the learned counsel, parties have come to an understanding with regard to visitation rights.

3. In view of the subsequent events and taking into account the fact that the matter is now posted before the Trial Court on 28 November 2016 for appropriate direction, there is no question of fixing an outer time limit for disposal of the matter.
