ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR dated 13.04.2012, which registered as case in Crime No.15 of 2012 on the file of 1st respondent Police and quash the same.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Public Prosecutor, Pondicherry appearing for the respondent No.1 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 and perused the material placed on record. 3.The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.15 of 2012 and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Puducherry in PRC No.25 of 2013 and the matter is committed to the Court of Sessions.
