It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that the said sentence against the petitioner was suspended on two conditions.

The first condition is to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/-, which has been complied with.

The other condition is to execute a bond with two sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate and the petitioner cannot arrange the sureties with proper solvency, within the time originally granted by this Court and would request that if further time of four weeks from today is granted by this Court, he will comply with the said condition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, four weeks' time from today is granted to the petitioner to comply with the said condition.
