respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the complaint given on behalf of the petitioner dated 01.04.2025 in CSR No.240 of 2025 and further complaint on 24.04.2025 and to prevent any protests by the third respondents or any third parties in front of the petitioner's scan centre, at No.197 Natesan Road, Mylapore, Chennai or anywhere else or distribute defamatory materials such as pamphlets etc.

O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the complaint dated 01.04.2025 given on behalf of the petitioner in CSR No.240 of 2025 and the subsequent complaint dated 24.04.2025. The petitioner further prays for a direction to prevent any protests by the third respondents or any other third parties in front of the petitioner's scan centre, situated at No.197 Natesan Road, Mylapore, Chennai or at any other location, and to restrain them from distributing any defamatory materials such as pamphlets.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a detailed enquiry was conducted and as a result, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.244 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 296(b), 329 and 126(2) of BNS as against the accused. The matter is currently pending for investigation.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.04.2025 Speaking/non-speaking order shk G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.
