2. This petition is filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.557 of 2014 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] would submit that the case was subsequently investigated by the respondents and filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2 Mettur, in P.R.C.No.1 of 2016 and the same was committed to Special Court [Mahila Court] Salem. The learned Special Court taken the case on file in S.C.No.391 of 2016 and disposed of the case on merits on 18.03.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
