Crl.O.P.No.13673 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J., The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420, r/w Section 120(B), 34 of IPC, in Crime No.264 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) reported that the petitioner has already been arrested.
