This petition is filed to condone the delay of 220 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.8,773/-in the above said appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 220 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week, failing which, this petition shall stand rejected automatically, without further reference to this Court.
