This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the grounds of appeal, Decree and Judgments of the Courts below and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Govi Ganesan for the Appellant and of Ms.Zeenath Begum for the first respondent this Court doth order and decree as follows. 1.That the Second Appeal be and hereby is dismissed and Judgment and Decree dated 03.08.2012 made in A.S.No.97 of 2010 passed by the Additional District cum Sessions Court, Tiruppur, and the Judgment and Decree dated 27.03.2010 passed in O.S.No.368 of 1998, passed by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruppur be and hereby are confirmed.

2.That there be no order as to costs.
