COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed challenging notice dated 26.04.2022, issued by the fourth respondent, thereby directing the petitioner to surrender the excess common service and consequently forbear the respondents in any way interfering with the peaceful enjoyment of the individual common area EB connections in the DLF Commanders Court service.

Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survive in these petitions. 3.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, all the Writ Petition stand dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
