This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 179 days in re-presenting the above appeal as against the award dated 29.08.2024 made in M.A.C.T.O.P No.3495 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, IV Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 179 days in rep-resenting the appeal is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is, otherwise, in order and list the same for admission in due course.
