2. This Court finds no merits in the grounds raised by the petitioner with regard to the complaint in C.C.No.786/2011 on the file of the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Madras, under the Provisions of Sections 138 & 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

3. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Trial Court to establish the case during the trail.
