Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.,to call for the records of the 1st respondent in relating to the First Information Report in FIR.No.44 of 2014, dated 24.04.2014 on the file of the respondent Police, and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R.No.44 of 2014 registered as against the petitioner by the first respondent Police.

2.None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that subsequent to the registration of F.I.R., investigation has been carried out and after completion, the first respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Police have also filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chidambaram, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.4 of 2015. He further submitted that the case in C.C.No.4 of 2015 itself has been disposed of on merits after conducting trial.

Therefore, the petition has become infructuous.

4.In view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives further in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
