This petition has been filed to amend the offence as under Section 420 of IPC instead of offence under Sections 294(b), 379 of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.10366 of 2024 in order dated 26.04.2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for and time is extended to comply the order of this Court dated 26.04.2024, for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
