The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that the main suit in O.S.No.1264 of 2012, on the file of the learned II Additional District Munsif, Salem was dismissed for default on September 5, 2023. 3.In view of the dismissal of the Original Suit, the prayer sought for in the present Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
