The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii) B of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.96 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 1.100 Kgs of Ganja which meant to be sold in the public. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 1.100 Kgs of Ganja, which is a huge quantity. Anu opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. .

5. Considering that the petitioner was in illegal possession of huge quantity ganja which meant to be sold in the public, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
