.. Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed in Para 5(c) by this Honourable Court by the Order dated 26.08.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.12627 of 2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para 5(c) by this Court by the Order dated 26.08.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.12627 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working in agricultural land near Arakkonam and it is difficult to go for job after complying the condition in respondent police daily. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition in 5(c) by this Court by the Order dated 26.08.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.12627 of 2020

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court in para 5(c) in Crl.O.P.No.12627 of 2020 dated 26.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
