Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that against the order passed by the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, there lies further revision, which the petitioner is now inclined to move and therefore, he seeks for permission of this Court to do so.

3. Considering the above submission, the petitioner is permitted to file revision against the impugned order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the same shall be entertained by the authority concerned without raising the issue of limitation and dispose of the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
