Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 21.09.2015 seeking for issuance of patta for the property situate at survey no.46/1 measuring 0.0026 sq.m. at QuaideMilad I cross street, Panaiyur, Kudumiyanthoppu, Chennai - 119.

Basing reliance on the Sale Deed dated 26.12.2011 said to have been executed in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation on 21.09.2015 seeking issuance of patta. 2.A perusal of the documents filed in the typed set of papers would show that on the earlier representation dated 13.10.2014, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram has directed the respondent to take appropriate action. Despite the same as no action is said to have been taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
