This Petition has been filed seeking for the transfer of M.C.No.22 of 2011, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.

2.This Court does not find any valid ground for the transfer of the pending proceedings. The MC is of the year 2011, and therefore, there is no question of transferring the said case at this length of time.
