O R D E R
The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order dated 27.07.2016 in I.A.No.1004 of 2016 in O.S.No.1140 of 2013 on the file of Principal District Munsif at Puducherry, dismissing the applications filed for taking up the contempt petitions at the first instance.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case a direction is given to the trial Court to dispose of the matter along with the injunction application.
3. I have also heard the learned counsel for the respondents on caveat.
4.The learned trial Judge is directed to take up the contempt applications alongwith the application said to have been filed by the respondents to vacate the interim order and the application said to have been filed by the petitioner to extend the interim order. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
