O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ petition with liberty to file a civil suit seeking for cancellation of the document and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to file a civil suit seeking for cancellation of the document, in accordance with law. No costs.
