ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this civil revision petition is filed against the order passed in Transfer O.P.No.38 of 2005, which is filed for transfer the suit in O.S.No.275 of 1996. He further submitted that the said suit itself has been disposed of and therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
