ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4845/2020 dated 13.08.2020 in Crl.OP.No.4631/2020 that the Petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police K5 - Peravallur Police Station on every Monday at 10.30 a.m.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He would further submit that the petitioner is the sole bread winner of the family and in view of the aforesaid condition, he is unable to attend his normal duties and suffering loss of income. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.4845/2020 dated 13.08.2020 in Crl.OP.No.4631/2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first day of every month at 10.30. a.m,until further orders.

5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
