By this petition, the victim is seeking the payment out of the compensation amount of Rs.1,00,000/- which is in deposit before the Trial Court.

2.The appellant/accused does not have any objection for the victim to withdraw the said amount of Rs.1,00,000/- which is now deposited to the credit of Spl.S.C.No.265 of 2015, on the file of the Special Court of Sessions for SC & ST prevention of Attrocities Act, Villupuram.

3.In that view of the matter, this application is ordered as prayed for.
