ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the correctness of the impugned charge memo dated 25.10.2016 issued by the Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board. However, Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner has participated in the enquiry, he sought permission to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Recording his statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, W.M.P.No.34727 of 2016 is also dismissed. No costs.
