2. This Court is informed that while the instant writ petitions assail revisional notices, subsequently revised Assessment Orders have been passed and the same have been served on the writ petitioner on 17.06.2019.

In the aforesaid scenario, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions, but preserving the rights of the writ petitioner to challenge the revised Assessment Orders in a manner known to law. 4.Writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw these writ petitions and the rights of the writ petitioner to assail the revised impugned Assessment Orders are preserved. These writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
