This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 18.11.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.11700 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8502 of 2021 to execute sureties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court while granting anticipatory bail imposed a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.40,00,000/-(Rupees Forty Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.90 of 2021. However, the petitioner paid sum of Rs.40,00,000/-(Rupees Forty Lakhs only) directly to the de-facto complainant by way of Demand Draft. Therefore, the petitioner could not be able to execute the sureties.

3. Considering the above fact that the petitioner had already complied the condition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 21.07.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled. It is made clear that, the learned Magistrate concerned is directed to accept the sureties on perusal of the accounts statement produced by the petitioner with regard to the payment of Rs.40,00,000/-(Rupees Forty Lakhs Only) in favour of the de-facto complainant.
