Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending application of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
