This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 5843 days in filing the Cross Objection in A.S.No.210 of 2008. 2.The Appeal Suit arises from an award passed by the Land Acquisition Tribunal at Salem. The respondents herein had not deposited the enhanced amount. It is contended that the petitioner had earlier filed an appeal, but the papers had been misplaced in the Registry necessitating filing of Cross Objection with delay. 3.Having heard learned the learned counsel for the respondents, the delay is condoned.
