Basing reliance upon the Sale Deed dated 05.09.1966 in favour of one Srinivasan and claiming to be the legal heir of the said person since deceased, the petitioner made a representation on 28.09.2015 seeking issuance of patta. As the said representation was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
