This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.3 of 2018 dated 10.10.2018 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the matter has been settled between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent herein. After the settlement arrived between the parties, FIR in Crime No.3 of 2018 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 17.02.2022 as 'Mistake of Fact' and the final report has also been filed before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai-8.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
