The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 326 & 307 of I.P.C., in Crime No.80 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner herein along with 6 others had assaulted the de-facto complainant's son using iron rod and wooden log. Hence, the complaint.

3. The injured is still in hospital. The petitioner has specific overt act that he had attacked the victim with the influence of Ganja.
