Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to pass a considered order on the application given by the petitioner on 13.06.2015 and consequential relief by way of direction directing the 3rd respondent to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner namely D.Manonmani pertaining to petitioner property situated at Kancheepuram District previously Tambaram Taluk now Alandur Taluk, Adambakkam Village, Mannadi Amman Koil Street, Old Door No.22A, New Door No.35B, Pimash No.1013, Survey No.184/6, T.S.No.18, Ward G, Block 18 measuring an extent of 990 sq.ft. land and building including 4X37=148 sq.ft. The petitioner made a representation on 13.06.2015 to the respondent no.3 seeking issuance of patta basing reliance upon the Deed of Settlement dated 30.04.2013 and the Sale Deed dated 13.10.2014. On receipt of the same, the respondent no.3 has sent a communication dated 25.06.2015 to the petitioner stating that sufficient documents are not available. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that thereafter the petitioner had produced all the available documents.

3.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd party, if so required.
