Seeking issuance of patta, the petitioner made a representation on 13.06.2015 with respect to the Survey No.184/33 part, T.S.No.18, Block No.18, Ward G based upon a Sale Deed in favour of the petitioner dated 29.04.2015. The respondent no.3 has made a reply stating that in view of insufficient documents, the same could not be considered. Pursuant to the said communication, the petitioner is said to have made available all the documents.
2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
