ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 4th respondent to issue computer patta in the name of petitioner and make all online entries in the revenue records of his lands in S.NO. 391/9 (Old S.No. 127/4 to an extent of 1200 Sq.Ft. situated at Thiruvidanthai Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District as per the order of the 4th respondent dated 04.03.2019 forthwith.
2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 02.04.2024 with a request for issuance of computer patta, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the petitioner to submit an online application for issuance of computer patta within a period of one week and on such application, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the application and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
