This Application has been filed seeking to receive additional documents on behalf of the applicant.

2.A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application shows that, the additional documents relate to medical records, E-mails exchanged between the parties and the WhatsApp interaction again between the parties and close relative of the petitioner.

3.The additional documents may be taken on record subject to proof, admissibility and relevancy and also providing necessary certificate as required under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872. Accordingly, this Application stands allowed.
