ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register a case on the information report dated 24.06.2016, pending on the file of the 3rd respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, on the complaint given by one Devendran, a case in Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.432 of 2016 has been registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 379, 506(ii) IPC and Section 3 (1)(r)(s) of the SC/ST (POA) Act 1989 against this petitioner and others. As a counter blast, this petitioner has given a complaint, based on which, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.338 of 2016.

4. Under such circumstances, the third respondent-police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.338 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law, either register an FIR or close the case under intimation to the petitioner.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
