This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the fair and decretal order dated 31.08.2018 in E.A. No.35 of 2010 in E.P. No.74 of 2008 in O.S. No.78 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Villupuram.

2.Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner is unable to secure the certified copy of the fair and decretal order, but, he has filed the typed copy of the same.

3.In view of the same, this petition is ordered.
