Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to survey and demarcate the land in survey no 23/20 an extent of 0.4.05 hecs. at Thakkampatti Village, Omalur Taluk as per the application dated 24.11.2025 and further direct the 3rd respondent to provide police protection while surveying the land by considering the petitioners representation dated 2.03.2026

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 24.11.2025.
2. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner had filed an application dated 24.11.2025 to conduct survey and demarcation at the subject land. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition.
5. In reply, the learned Government's counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, summons were issued to all the concerned parties and the date was also fixed
for conducting survey and thus, no further order is required in this case. Hence, he request to this Court to close this petition.
6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record.
7. In the case on hand, today, it was submitted by the respondents that based on the application filed by the petitioner, summons were issued to all the concerned parties and the date for conducting survey was also fixed by the respondent. In such case no further order is required in this petition.
