O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 20.09.2013 in W.P.No.26356 of 2013, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the Agricultural Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Government, Secretariat, Chennai-9 vide letter No.24209/AU/2013-5 dated 10.04.2014 has informed that the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University has already cancelled Advertisement No.R3/01 (Regular Vacancies)/2013 dated 09.09.2013 as prayed for in W.P.No.26356 of 2013 and issued a fresh notification following Discipline wise Roster System in Advertisement No.R3/01 (Regular vacancies)/2013 dated 18.12.2013 based on the directions of this Court dated 12.12.2013 made in W.P.No.26769 of 2013 filed by the Adi Dravidar Marumalarchi Association. The said letter of the Agricultural Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Government, Secretariat, Chennai-9 vide letter No.24209/AU/2013-5 dated 10.04.2014 is taken on file and recorded.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR (COMM.CASES) Jvm //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2022.
