Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that no complaint has been received by the R1 Ambur Police Station and the petitioner has given complaint to the Superintendent of Police and if the complaint is given to the Inspector of Police, R1 Ambur Police Station that could be looked into. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to give fresh copy of the complaint dated 20.02.2015 to the Inspector of Police, R1 Ambur Police Station and on receipt of the same, the Inspector of Police, R1 Ambur Police Station is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is made out, register a case following the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others).
