2. Learned Government Advocate for the Respondents informs that the Petitioner has died on 01.08.2018. He has filed a copy of the Death Certificate, Legal Heir Certificate given to his family members and the communication dated 08.03.2021 issued for releasing Family Pension, Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity, Family Benefit Fund to the wife of the deceased Petitioner namely A.Arul Mary.

Since there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner and considering the fact that the Petitioner has also died and considering the fact that the deceased Petitioner may have a case to set aside the Impugned Orders, these Writ Petitions are closed with liberty to the Legal Representatives of the deceased Petitioner to restore the same as without further assistance, the Court cannot pass proper orders and in absence of the Legal Representatives of the deceased Petitioner. No costs. Connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
